In a historic first-ever 15-man clash between the two schools, Ashton delivered a commanding all-round performance to overpower Curro Salt Rock 57–22 in Thursday night’s much-anticipated local derby.
Clinical finishing, exciting attacking rugby, and relentless defence proved too much for the opposition as Ashton dominated from start to finish.
Every player gave absolutely everything for the badge in a performance filled with passion, pride, and teamwork.
The Ashton U15 side also produced a dominant display, defeating Curro Salt Rock 50–5 in a convincing fashion. The boys physically dominated the contest securing their second impressive victory over Curro Salt Rock this year.
